Delivery lifecycle

Each email moves through queued, sent, delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, or complained. Delivery reports show the full funnel for every batch and certificate.

Custom sender domain

Business plans can send from their own domain. CertKing shows in-app instructions for SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records and reports verification status for each domain.

Suppression list

Hard bounces and spam complaints are added to an org-level suppression list automatically, so you never risk resending to unreliable addresses.
