By accessing or using CertKing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
CertKing provides a digital certificate design, issuance, delivery, and verification platform. Organizations can create templates, issue certificates in bulk, and provide tamper-evident public verification.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
You may not use CertKing for any unlawful purpose, to send spam or unsolicited email, to forge or misrepresent certificates, or to circumvent usage quotas or billing.
CertKing retains all rights to the platform, codebase, and design system. Your certificate templates and content remain your intellectual property. You grant CertKing a limited license to render and store your content for service delivery.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or exceed free-tier limits without upgrading.
CertKing is provided 'as is' without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CertKing after changes constitutes acceptance.
