Bulk issuing thousands of certificates

Pro and Business plans can issue up to thousands of certificates in a single batch, processed in the background with retries and progress tracking.

How it works

Upload a CSV or Excel file, or paste rows copied from Google Sheets.
Map each column to a template field (recipient name, email, and custom fields).
Preview a sample of rows and fix validation errors before confirming.
Conﬁrm to start the background batch. Progress updates live in the dashboard.
Export a downloadable error report for any failed rows and retry them.

Reliability

Batches are processed with idempotency keys, so re-running a batch never issues a duplicate certificate. Rows that fail (bad email, missing field) are skipped and reported, while the rest continue.
