Billing, plans, and quotas

Understand how quotas work, when you are billed, and how to manage your plan.

Quotas

Every plan includes a monthly certificate quota. You get a soft warning when you reach 80% and a hard stop at 100%, with an upgrade prompt. Pay-as-you-go credit packs add certificates without changing your plan.

Invoices and GST

Indian customers can capture their GSTIN at checkout and receive statutory-compliant invoices. International customers receive Stripe invoices in their chosen currency.

Upgrades and downgrades

• Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing.
• Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period.
• Every plan includes a free 14-day Pro trial.
• Failed payments trigger dunning emails, then automatic downgrade.
